Regular follow-up visits after the surgery must be completed within a specified period, with a maximum of 3/5/6 visits.
During these follow-up visits, additional eye examinations will be conducted. If the patient fails to complete the required 3/5/6 follow-up visits within the designated timeframe, additional appointments will be necessary, incurring an additional fee per visit.
The cost of medication includes post-operative eye drops and artificial tears (or as determined by the doctor). Any additional medication may require an extra charge.
For post-operative follow-up visits after SMILE (Small Incision Lenticule Extraction) and LASIK (Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis) procedures, they need to be completed within six months. For post-operative follow-up visits after SMILE PRO (Advanced version of SMILE) and ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) procedures, they need to be completed within one year.

The preoperative examination fee shown above are only applicable to new customers only, other clients will be charged a $900 regular check-up fee.

The non-peak hours for appointments and consultations are from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM and the surgical procedures are scheduled before 1:00 PM in the afternoon. (Except Public Holidays)
If XTRA corneal cross-linking is required, an additional $5000 will be charged. (Recommendation for surgery should be made after evaluation by a specialized ophthalmologist.)
The limited event price is only applicable to reservations made before November 30, 2024, and surgery completed before December 31, 2024. If the surgery cannot be scheduled and completed within this period, the price will be $27,800. Clarity Eye Centre reserves the right of final decision.
